All sales are final; however, if an issue arises within 1 hour of placing your order, please contact hello@atypicalhype.com or use the contact us form to discuss further instructions. Once your product begins production, no changes can be made.

If you received a defective item or an error is made on our end, we will graciously replace it for the same type of product in the same color and size, if applicable.

We do accept exchanges if there is a sizing issue. We understand that with shopping online it’s not always a perfect fit. We can offer an exchange if the original item is returned undamaged.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges of the original item. Once original item is returned and undamaged, we will process an exchange order.

All items are made to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for production and 2-7 business days for shipping. Once your order is completed, you will receive tracking information via email.

All T Shirt designs are printed on Bella + Canvas 3001

These run true to size but please note they are UNISEX shirts which may be larger than a than a typical fitted women’s size shirt. Our typical suggestion is for woman to size down for a tighter fit and for men to size up for a looser fit.

Our crewneck sweatshirts are printed on Gildan Heavy Blend 18000.

These are UNISEX and typically run true to size, but we always suggest ordering up a size if you want it to be slouchy and extra oversized.

To keep your print vibrant and fresh, please follow these tips below for the best results to maintain the best quality of your apparel:

1. Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

2. If ironing is necessary, iron inside out on the lowest setting. Avoid ironing directly on the printed area.

3. Tumble dry low or hang dry (Preferably)

4. Avoid using bleach

5. Do not dry clean
